Return & exchange policy

At MCNC Studios, every garment is crafted in small batches by hand in Los Angeles. As an emerging, sustainability-driven brand, we produce limited quantities with careful attention to quality and detail.

Because of this small-batch nature, we are unable to offer returns for refunds. However, we’re happy to provide exchanges or store credit for eligible items returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Eligibility

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags attached.
  
• Exchanges and store credit will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.
  

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange or store credit, please contact our team at support@mcncstudios.com with your order number and the item you wish to receive store credit or exchange. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Additional Notes

• Store credits do not expire and can be applied toward any future MCNC purchase.
  

• Due to the limited nature of our releases, exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of request.
